Return Policy
You are welcome if you changed your mind and want to return your item, just you need to call our customer care team number 01277440364, 01278400882 & 01289228408 to request item return.
Our customer care team will start item return process and you will be requested with below :
-Item should be in same conditions as you received it from the courier.
-All labels and tags should be attached with the item as same as you received it.
-Repack the item with all labels ,tags and original receipt in the same package you received from the courier.
-Accessories must be returned with the original brand boxes.
-Returning any item should be within 14 days from the date of delivery based on delivery note date.
-Incase you need to ship your item back to us, you will be charged for item shipping based on you location, you may ask our customer care about shipping details.
-Once your return has received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
-You are welcome to return your item by visiting any of LEDRO stores near by you without any extra fees.
Faulty Items
As part of our commitment and objectives, every item must be arrived in great condition, and we hope you are always content and thrilled with our purchase.
If you received an item in a damaged condition, or does not quite match with its description, please do not hesitate to inform our customer care team as soon as possible.
We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
